Anybody there???

I think that the 4 followers of mine have disappeared, and I don't really blame any of you. I have been completely MIA the last month and a half. It has been a little bit of a crazy time for us as a family.
The last time I blogged, it was Jack's 2nd birthday. That week I also started a second part time job (working for my brother and sister-in-law). That is now a 10-15 hour/week job. On top of that, the last week of August my Grandma was in town and I got to hang out with her for a few days. The last weekend in August was Jack's birthday party. And now I am trying to get back into a "groove" of work (2 jobs), motherhood, cleaning, cooking, wifehood (is that really a word??), volunteering...what else is there?
Anyway, a long story short, I will go back through and start to add photos. They are not going to be in any order of when they were taken, just kind of when I can get them added! I had been really good about taking my camera everywhere until a couple of weeks ago. I need to get back into it.
I really am excited to keep this blog up and going, so I just need to get started. Here it goes...I am going to get my next post up.

Photos

I know that I haven't been posting lately...but I PROMISE that I have been taking new photos every day! I just need to take the time to get them posted. I will try to get them up tomorrow or the next day...by the end of the week I will be caught up! I have been having fun doing this, so I just need to get more posted so we can all look at them:)

Sunrise

This was the sunrise last Thursday. It was a little hazzy and it was a beautiful red/orange color.

Corn on the Cob

This is Jack's new favorite veggies (besides "matoes" and "chinis"). We have been getting the most amazing corn on the cob at the farmer's market the last couple of weeks. Jack just gobbles it up!

Atlas the Dog

This is Atlas, the other "man of the house". Atlas protects our family and plays with Jack. Those are his two most important jobs. But his favorite thing to do is to sleep on one of his beds. Yes, he has multiple beds, pillows and blankets. He is probably the most spoiled of the family.

Sprinkler Day

Jack and I had been playing inside for most of the morning, and both Jack and I were ready for something different. We decided to go outside and play. Little did we know the fun we were about to have! This is the first time Jack and I played with the sprinklers. Do you think he had any fun?

Day One

Here are my first photos. The first two were inside our house and the last two were from our fun afternoon outside. These boots are Jack's favorite thing to wear (and with the pants, it is just awesome!). Chalk is one of our favorite things to do in the front and back yards. Daddy is much better than I am at drawing, but it is always fun!

New Blog!!!

I have decided that I need to get back into photography. After all, I did spend a ton of money going to school for it. I am determined to get better and the best way for me to do that is...to practice, practice, practice. I am going to try to get a new photo up every day. Even if I don't blog about it, I want to at least take photos everyday, and then I can blog and post them when I get a chance.

So here are my first couple of days worth of photos. I have been a little shutter happy these past couple of days, so there are a few photos per day. Jack has been a little ham in front of the camera, so these are fun! I hope you enjoy my new adventure!
